posh_itrealgood I genuinely apologize about any sort of defect on the item you received. I had never opened the box nor worn the item and was unaware that there was anything less than perfect about this piece. I sincerely apologize and plan to open all brand new items in the future prior to shipping them so that this does not occur again.
