valliekate Hey there. idk what is going on... it has only been 3 days since you purchased the MSU item and this is my 1st day off that I can mail it. I went to print my label and the item is showing delivered with your negative comment. ???

valliekate I'm confused! I haven't received any notification that you have made any inquiries to me following your purchase. Sellers have 5 days to mail the purchased items... again, it has been 3 days. Why is it showing delivered when I haven't even printed out the label, and still have the item?

valliekate Now, I can't even print out the label because of this. If you still want the item, which is boxed up and ready to mail, then PM support needs to be aware of this issue. Did you mark delivered or is this a Poshmark mistake. I'm sorry, I have never had this problem before.

laurenharper4 @valliekate I didn’t mark delivered. That’s why I started wondering what was going on and tried reaching out. What do I need to do?

laurenharper4 @valliekate I have reached out to support to see if they can resolve the issue. I don’t know how it got marked as delivered yesterday it was showing awaiting shipment and then today it shows delivered. That’s why I was getting a little concerned.

valliekate @laurenharper4 idk. I reported the issue to support myself. I have only had 1 issue with PM; it was the fault of the USPS not PM. I apologize again for not immediately shipping out, but can't always do so with job/life. I know you're new to this, and I hate this has been you're 1st bad experience. I had your item boxed up, ready to mail, & then couldn't print the label out. Maybe they can fix it for us!
