patches2014 Hello, I purchased your 'North face recon squash youth backpack purple new' on August 4th. It was exactly as described, but it was smaller than I expected it to be. It's too small for even my laptop. That being said, I'd like to make a return. Is that possible? Everything is still intact.

2babybluez @patches2014 hi. I got an email from poshmark about the return. I am new to posh and haven't had to deal with a return yet. I am sorry you are not happy with the recon squash. Maybe you need a full size book bag? I have several others if you are interested. I have many that are not listed here. Let me know if there is something specific you are interested in.

patches2014 I'd say yes, what I really need is a full size backpack. All I need is for it to fit a regular size laptop, a couple of binders, and a couple of textbooks. I too am fairly new to Poshmark, so I wasn't really sure how to handle the return part either. I have looked at some of your other backpacks for sale, but I'm not sure how to handle the price, they're a bit over my budget. I'll keep looking though, and see if there is anything else.

patches2014 Hi, again. After looking through your available listings, I have found two that I really like, which are 'North Face women's borealis backpack green new' and 'North Face jester backpack new pache grey and pink'. I really do like the first one. However, I still am not sure how I would be able to afford it. I do not where to go from here...

2babybluez @patches2014 I don't know how to do it either. I guess we wait and see how posh handles it. Just in case you don't know: the jester is a little smaller and lighter weight than the borealis. If you don't have the budget for either bag I understand.

patches2014 Unfortunately, Poshmark denied my request for a return. I really don't know what to do now, as it's too small to use for school. I do appreciate your patience during this.

2babybluez @patches2014 I guess in that way eBay is more user friendly. I see you relisted the bag. That's probably the best way to go. Since I paid a 20% fee I couldn't give you a full refund without going through the proper way
