kybellecloset Hi Lauren! I was packing your sweater you purchased from me and I just noticed a flaw in the seam. I’m sorry I cannot process your order due to this flaw. I totally did not see it until I was folding the arms. Looks like the stitching did not get fully over on the material and is gapping between a section of the knitted material. So so sorry. I couldn’t sell to you like that!! 😕

sfrelin @lwdellatorre Hi Lauren! I just wanted to let you know that I checked the item before I packed it and I noticed that the cord, where it was stored in the styrofoam, had styrofoam stuck to it in places. I tried cleaning it off and all it took was a wet cloth and a bit of scraping to get it off. I think that might have happened from being stored in the attic, from the heat, maybe? I just wanted to let you know because I didn't know what it was at first.
