I just contacted the lady who I was supposed to send the sweater to (Her name is also Lauren) and who will be getting your belt. I am not sure what is the best way to handle this. lbentley21 @jhtk no worries, these things happen! Poshmark will likely send me a return label and send you a new shipping label for me. And obviously the other Lauren will have to file a claim. Then you’ll just have to wait for the items back from us. I had this happen with a purchase once before! 🙂

lbentley21 @jangelov I replied to your original comment and said that you need to go through Poshmark Support. You need to file a claim with them. They need photo proof of the “fault” to determine refunds. If approved, they issue a return label and your refund would come once I receive the item back. At this point, a ton of time has lapsed since you received the coat. You typically have 3 days and you’re not supposed to claim if any issues. At any rate, you’ll now need to contact Poshmark.
