bwarr90 @laurenoyen do you have an android or IPhone also make sure your Bluetooth settings in on and you restart you left phone for the pairing. Also you can visit the fossil website for directions

bwarr90 @laurenoyen I can email you the instructions. But you can also google it and it says you have to lay it next to the phone and hold down the middle button on the watch until your watch vibrate and you see the bangs move around the watch three times

laurenoyen @bwarr90 I have an iPhone but it still doesn’t connect. The middle button on the watch doesn’t make it vibrate when pairing. I tried looking online and followed those directions but still doesn’t work and won’t connect to any WiFi. We tried pairing it with an android and it doesn’t pair up that either. I don’t know how to set it up either as I couldn’t find the user manual online like that little book that comes with the box usually.

laurenoyen @bwarr90 is it suppose to show texts and missed calls? It stays connected for a sec then disconnects. Did you have an iPhone? We’re you able to hold the connection and see texts/ calls?

bwarr90 @laurenoyen yes I’ve used it on iPhone and android but it works better with android. I purchased it from belk department store. You could probably take it to a store that sell fossil watches to get it set up or you can call the fossil customer service number. When I got the watch I had to call them to get them to set it up for me over the phone
