lmeadow84 @ingachka I am so sorry, I tried to get in contact with customer service today. My fiance and I just packed up two households and moved to the burbs, there are boxes everywhere and I have been trying to locate my jewelry. We have my 3 year old (soon to be) step son on top of it until Tuesday so its going more slowly than i was hoping. I totally understand if you want to cancel, but I will send it out this week (latest Wednesday), if you can wait a few days, i am soo sorry for the delay!

ingachka @lmeadow84 Hello! I completely understand, sometimes life takes over, and there’s only so many things you can control! My problem is that they are holding this money. Please just let me know when you plan on re-posting it for sale!! I will resubmit the order and and buy it!! sfguero Hi i purchased a ring from you and you did not follow with our agreement. You said you shipped it but i don’t know if you know this, buyers can notice when the seller prints out the shipping label and they also receive a notification when the item is shipped. Can you cancel the purchase so i can get my money back because i do not want it anymore thank you.

sfguero @lmeadow84 Poshmark sent me a mssg today telling me it was going to remind you to ship out my package because you haven’t shipped it out yet and as soon as you do so it will send a notification with the status so now either you are wrong or Poshmark is but in the past 4 years that I’ve used the app this has never happened now I’m not mad that my package was not sent but rather that i was lied to i would have been ok if you told me you cant til Monday or this week but you didn’t.

sfguero Ive continued to use the app in the recent weeks and there’s absolutely no problems with the shipments sent to me eBay amazon and posh all have shipped to me the day of or the following day and I’ve received a tracking number or even a pending shipment scan. If the item was left at the location and its waiting to be processed.

I do not lie and I never would have told you i did it when I didnt. i literally left my house, got in my car and drove to the post office right after you bought it. i am super pissed because it didnt get to you on time and I would not have gone through all of that for it to not get to you. i wrote poshmark to ask them what the hell happened. i am super frustrated as i am sure you are as well.

lmeadow84 @sfguero I went to the post office yesterday to find out what happened despite the fact that i am in the high risk category...they told me that there was a "messup at the plant on May 7th, but they were fixing the issue and would have it back on course within 48 hours" the manager assured me. It is a VERY expensive ring I sent out, i cannot cancel the order at this point.

lmeadow84 @sfguero I printed it out from my email, they sent it from my email. I have a photo of it i took for the post office. The only other time I couldnt get something to someone on time was when I was moving in September, and I let them know. I would not have gone out of my way and left for the post office as soon as you ordered it if i thought this nightmare would happen. And if it wasnt on its way to you, i would just cancel the order.

lmeadow84 @sfguero Updated shipping info, it will arrive to you by 6:15 this evening and if you click on the shipping info you will see the label was created at 1:46pm on May 6th and recorded by the facility on the 7th of May. I wrapped it for you in gift paper that matches the jewelry pouch I put it in for mothers day, I hope she loves it.

ninshoo2 Actually, before you consider my offer, can you please clarify the size? You mention it’s the size 70 which is the largest diameter bangle Hermès makes and has a diameter of 70mm/7cm/2.75in (circumference of 8.6in). But then you mention that the circumference is 7.5in which means it’s the Hermès size 65, might even be the smallest size 62. I can only wear the size 70. If it’s not the size 70, please decline the offer. Thanks.
