If you are not satisfied, I will do my best to make you happy; send your product back if you so desire, but I havent had that happen. I will use Posh's suggested pricing to determine the cost of each piece; however, sometimes I have to make a guess as to what the prices are that is fair for everyone. My pieces come from all over the world. Some are Estate, some are new with tags. Vintage is my specialty. Bundle your items and I will send you atleast a 20% off if not more, the more you add up the more you will save. I spend time with each customer, I have never met a stranger and am happy to talk to you about anything. Being a friend is my forte. alisonvmoore @laurenkelley576 hi!! I am really sorry to say this but I may have to cancel your order. I washed the shoes to freshen them up before I sent them and some of the plastic on the top inside of the heel started to peel off. I guess the age finally got to them. .
