kseam307 Lauren I responded to your case inquiry and am happy to return your money. I am offended and sad that you believe this was done knowingly. It was not. I am selling these dolls for my 82 year old mom who bought them in 82 for me and my now deceased sis . They have never come out of the box. WE try very hard to check them before they go. The elastics are sometimes rotted because they are old. If we see that we don't sell the doll. And yes weak elastics can cause that to happen in shipping.

laurenroelofs @kseam307 there is no weak elastic, everything is completely intact. my husband purchased a tool to fix it so nothing is broken. I understand how old the doll is, and that these things can happen but if you are selling things, you should check them. You had to open the box to take pics. Either way, I’m not out to get you, don’t need my money back, won’t even give you a bad rating. Just maybe be more accurate with your descriptions and check your items over before selling/shipping.

kseam307 thank you for responding. My mom and I check the dolls. There are times when she checks alone and can't say that didn't happen. It is rare and she may not check as well as me, she is 82 but with it. I take them out and check them and maybe she did not. I apologize if that is the case. But I really would never send a doll knowingly broken.
