sistalajgurl Thank you Posher for the sale and the stars😊however the picture shows the hot pink color along with the shoes marked “AS IS”... there’s only chartered colors not anything more. I did not say dark pink nor was I ask.

cherolia Hi Lauren! I emailed Poshmark support about the address/label but they will take 2 days to respond... this idea just occurred to me. Are you able to revise your shipping address under your account now? If so, perhaps we could cancel the transaction, u will do a new listing just for you and then you could purchase them again with your revised shipping address on your account which should generate the shipping label to Florida. Let me know your thoughts on this.

lrponderboggs @cherolia I tried that when placing the bid. it will not accept the address maybe because it is a resort..i had tried it on several other posh orders as well. not sure what else to do. the orders always get to me it just takes several more days..

cherolia @lrponderboggs we can see what Poshmark support will suggest. However, I have a hunch if the system does not let you to input this address they won’t generate a label for us. How long are you staying there? Any chance I could send the shoes to your home address and they will wait for your return? Shoes have no bad surprises, they are exactly as described and I am very honest with description and pictures. I will add my own Tory Burch storage shoe bag.

cherolia @lrponderboggs unless Posh support produces a new shipping label, I think it is safer if we just use the one they already generated for your purchase with your regular address if that is ok with you? I am worried about not following standard posh process as I am pretty new to this. I could either ship tomorrow early to your address on Posh file or wait till the support team responds. What would you prefer? 💖

systuff Hi Lauren, this is regarding the Lucky bracelet you made an offer on. I am relatively new to Posh and didn’t quite understand pricing in order to end up with desired outcome. ronnabrody @lrponderboggs no problem. I haven’t printed the order mailer yet, you should be able to go in and change the address (I had to do it once before for an order I placed). Once you do it, let me know and then I will print (and confirm correct address). You can find out how to change in help section if it’s not obvious. Thanks for buying! I can ship it today once address is changed.
