lam410 Hi, I recently purchased a pair of Ralph Lauren Black Velvet flats from you, however, the sizing was extremely small and did not fit at all. I will not accept this item and would like to return it to you. I tried going through Poshmark on the return but they declined it because of the size mark on the bottom of the shoe. You did not disclose the shoes were not true to size in your description. Please let me know where I can send your shoes back for a full refund. Thank you.
