j_dub35 Hello! The Valentinos you purchased from me were discounted due to the fact that they have been worn a few times since posted. They are still in good (like new condition) no damage, for an excellent price. The soles do have signs of wear. I would like to provide updated photos prior to sending shoes.

If you could please send new photos — including pictures of the soles, and also new photos (taken from the front, of the toe-tips), I would appreciate it. I am mostly concerned about whether the front TIPS of the soles are too worn-down — this is where damage is most commonly seen. ImAnyway, I would be grateful to see several new photos, taken from different angles. Many thanks.

jillcart77 Hi lauren wanted to address your comment. This item is brand new. I would never claim for a slightly used item to be brand new. I don’t run my business that way. If there was really an issue with it not only would posh have informed me while it was being authenticated but you could have marked the item as an issue with it when you received it and I would have been happy to work something out with you. I take pride on my page and examine every item sold.

laurengiselle7 @jillcart77 I am sure it was an honest mistake, but the bag’s hardware is not pristine — maybe the item got scratched in storage. I don’t mean to suggest that the description was deliberately misleading. And you’re right; I should have notified you (and Poshmark) a few days ago, when it arrived. I have no doubt that you offered it as a new item, in good faith. But I have this same clutch in a different color, and the difference in the condition of the two bags’ hardware is striking.

jillcart77 @laurengiselle7 I’m so sorry about that. I really do take pride in what I do and it upsets me when something isn’t completely 100% happy with there purchase. I am not sure about the scratches but I can assure you that this item is brand new and never worn. I would never want you to think I would post misleading information. And I do also examine everything shipped out.
