xchelsanne Hello, i dearly apologize about the Kate Spade bag. I didnt think it would end up being sent back to me so i didn't find it in the mail until days later....and even when i did get it, i should have contacted you ASAP about the issue but i was so worked up that i just repackaged it immediately and sent it back. I didn't think it had been that long so i just sent it back assuming that the tracking on posh would change & notify you anyway.

xchelsanne Therefore i should have been on posh more frequently to check my comments :( there is truly no excuse for my lack of communication. If you ever consider repurchasing it (which i dont blame you if you dont) i would drop it to $180 and let you add a free item of your choice. If not, i totally understand & terribly apologize
