ceystylecloset Lauren, I’m so sorry for the bad news, but I was having issues with the madewell backpack zipper. It kept getting stuck and wouldn’t zip up, so I’ve taken it to a cobbler to see how he can fix it. Didn’t want to make you wait so I cancelled the order ok. I can let you know when I re-list it? So so sorry.
