mainely_lulu @mnedry19 hi there, after you purchased the item I tried to go to your account to confirm it was a legitimate purchase as the item was high in value and it said your account could not be found. I did not feel comfortable going through with the order at that point, I’m sorry!

mainely_lulu @bmviens Everything has to be done through the app. I believe you go to the purchases and there should be some options including requesting a return, I do not know the exact process I’m sorry.
