jadorelinor Your scarf was mailed on 12/29, but the status report said that it was forwarded on 1/2 because there was something wrong with the address. Are you getting any updates?

laurenad83 @jadorelinor I have called usps at least 4 times about this. They said when the mail is forwarded, it can take up to 10 days to arrive. Today is the 10th day. I did receive an informed consent notice that the package would be delivered, but that was on Friday and it hasn’t been delivered since. I plan to open a case with usps tomorrow.

jadorelinor @laurenad83 I've contacted Poshmark through email, but they haven't gotten back in touch. I thought they might be able to get to the bottom of it. I'm so sorry. It's such a pretty scarf!

laurenad83 @jadorelinor I am going to be gutted if I don’t receive it, because it is absolutely beautiful! I am still hopeful. The local post office said they are dealing with a backlog of packages. I will keep you updated on the status of the case I open tomorrow.

laurenad83 Hi - so it looks like you were paid and I was refunded and now I received an update this morning that the package was returned to sender and is at the Virginia post office with the return to sender processed. I’m still interested in the scarf and would love to have it, how do you want to handle?
