rebounded @elauren279 Hi Lauren! Thanks for your order of the Rebecca Minkoff bag. Poshmark is saying that your shipping address needs to be updated before they send me the label. I would like to ship today, since I will be out of town tomorrow. Please let me know when you have updated the info. Thanks again!

rebounded @elauren279 Hi! I am still getting this error when trying to get a label. You might need to contact Poshmark support. I have the bag set aside for you, so no worries there. "We encountered an error due to buyer's address. Buyer must update their shipping address. [Error Code: 1014]"

elauren279 @rebounded ugh! I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I’ve set what I updated it to as my default & hopefully that has resolved it. Thanks for working w me & let me know if it is still unresolved.

rebounded @elauren279 No worries on my end - I just tried to print the label again and I get the same error. Maybe we should cancel this sale and have you buy again with the new address? I've seen weird stuff like this happen before. Let me know if you want to try that. Thanks!

elauren279 @rebounded I contacted Poshmark yesterday about this, and I’m hoping to hear back soon. Maybe we can see what they respond? It seems to be an error on their end since we’ve done everything we can - but if that doesn’t work/it takes too long to get a response from them, we can try your idea.

elauren279 @rebounded if you do get the chance to try to print again, I just redid the process in hopes to “reboot” or “push through” whatever the hiccup is, so let me know if that worked!
