laurenegarcia Hi I actually shipped it well before on Nov 30. I think a lot of post offices are delayed right now. Looks like you’ll have to be patient! I can send you tracking info if needed but it’s provided on the sale for Poshmark! :)

rileycharles05 @laurenegarcia hi....have not received item as yet. The post office hasn’t updated any information since Dec 6. It also says they received the package on Dec 2, not before the 30th as you mentioned. I purchased on the 27th, so there was definitely a delay. Thanks for the update. Bad situation with USPS. Terrible delays.

rileycharles05 @laurenegarcia so bizarre....no tracking update since the 6th when it said the package was late but on its way....never seen the USPS create so many delivery problems as it had in the last several months.

laurenegarcia @rileycharles05 I am so confused what’s going on I have never had this problem until recently with my last few shipments— I am going to contact Poshmark they shouldn’t be charging shipping if this is going to be the outcome. Is it being delivered to a house or office? It could be that it’s being held at your post office? You could try taking the tracking info and see? I have no idea. Will update you if Poshmark responds

rileycharles05 @laurenegarcia This is actually the second time this is happened with Poshmark and I think it’s really unfair also especially because it’s a lot of money to spend on shipping and they take a hefty fee plus I have been on the tracking website and there is no updated information since December 6 and that’s just not OK so I would tell you that they’re not quick to respond or act because they weren’t for me when I had the nearly Identical problem

rileycharles05 @laurenegarcia And for what they charge and the fee is I think it’s really unfair but they didn’t do anything when I made the complaint and took a really long time to respond and of course there’s no phone number but the package should go to my house I just moved around the block

rileycharles05 @laurenegarcia Poshmark has no response. Same msg in the tracking update. No new update since Dec 6, which said package was on its way. Very upsetting with Poshmark. Wrote them a few times now.

rileycharles05 @laurenegarcia besides those computer-generated emails, Poshmark had not responded. No USPS update since Dec 6. It’s maddening that Poshmark had done nothing. The purchase was made Nov 27, it’s Dec 15. 19 days! I took off just about all my items, just left one. I’m so disgusted with them. You haven’t heard anything?

laurenegarcia @rileycharles05 hey have not gotten a response!!! I’m furious. I have to file insurance at the post office now. My guess is that the package is either lost or stuck at your post office. If you’re charged then you can file a complaint with your bank- I haven’t received payment so I doubt you’ve been charged.

laurenegarcia @rileycharles05 I would go to the post office because if you just moved it’s possible that they are holding it? Because of address change. Bring the tracking number and see!

rileycharles05 @laurenegarcia I did get charged! On the 27th! It’s really negligent and I don’t know what to do since Poshmark doesn’t respond. I just called the post office. They say they have no detailed information scepter that it probably hasn’t left The distribution center where you live. I will have to call again and talk to a supervisor.

laurenegarcia @rileycharles05 you should absolutely file with your bank if Poshmark isn’t responding. I haven’t received any payment but the cost of my item i would like to get covered by Poshmark so I am going to file against them. I will check at my post office too today. Two unanswered emails from Poshmark 😩

rileycharles05 @laurenegarcia usps emailed a dumb note that said they were backlogged, to be patient, etc. zero reference to the tracking info or item. So that’s a fail. Went to USPS waiting 40 minutes proved worthless. I asked what’s the difference between priority and first class and the lady extolled the virtues of priority. I stared at her...I tell her that it could have got to China faster. No response from Poshmark despite taking a more aggressive tone. They clearly don’t care

laurenegarcia @rileycharles05 hey friend — they updated me that we’ve been refunded. They said since it never updated from the shipment facility that it’s lost. New Orleans mail is extremely unreliable and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was stolen. Plenty of peoples shipments and checks have been stolen here. I am SO sorry I wish I could have helped in any way. I would make sure you’ve been refunded

rileycharles05 @laurenegarcia I actually just got the email regarding a refund and this is really been so crazy! And I just can’t believe a package would be stolen I have never had that happen to me! If there ever is any update or the package shows up, I’ll let you know! So bummed because I was really looking forward to these super cute sneakers! UGH!!! I’ll keep you posted if anything turns up but no updates yet on USPS!
