mightymiss @lauren_ables They finally emailed me back just now. Unfortunately they state that they release the funds 4 days after delivery, they give 3 full days after delivery if anything is wrong, I contacted them within hours of your rating, but apparently it was too late. They wont allow a return unless they were contacted before the timeframe. I am so sorry again for the mistake!
