j_beane Hey Lauren ☺️ Quick question for you... I noticed you referred another posher to a stock photo you have for a sweater. I've been reading a little about using stock photos and don't quite understand how to get them. Did you purchase a license of some sort and if so how do I do that? I've tried searching for stock photos just using Google and have been unable to see a picture. I really like stock photos but really don't know what to do. Help please.

adventuresstrea @j_beane hey! I did not have to purchase anything. I just Google by brand, style number and description. J. Crew almost always has a photo because even if it's sold out they keep it up on their site. If something is pretty new you can usually type in brand and description and it's hit or miss. If it's Lululemon the best way, is to figure out the name of the item.

adventuresstrea @j_beane I first go to the websites that pop up and that helps me see the price of similar items. Then I look through Google photos. If I don't find it I at least have an idea of what it goes for originally so I can better price it. Also, if you type in poshmark in your description you can usually find other people who have sold it and see if they have better photos or what it sold for.

adventuresstrea @j_beane The more you do it then more you get an idea of what method works best. Some brands are a waist of time to look for stock photos but usually Lululemon, j. Crew and free people are worth a look. Hope that helps! Unfortunately it's usually hit or miss. I hope that helps.
