amazzulli Hi there, i appreciate the feedback but like you said yourself in the dating i did get back to you and explain the issue. Please understand that people are human and make mistakes, and understand that many people make their livelihood on this platform and ratings like that based off a mistake that was resolved are really disappointing. I’m glad the jacket you got was exactly as described and you love it and the fit. I would appreciate if you would consider that in your rating as well next time.

smdcloset Hi Lauren just picked up the returned shoes. I sorry I don't know how long it'll take for Poshmark to register the pickup and refund you your money. Again really sorry about the mix-up. You should have seen the box it looks like it had been through a crushing machine at a junkyard 😨. Good thing it was a clothing item! 👍

toastylover73 @ashbash313 it shouldn’t really be needing to be washed since you only wore it once and it spent most of its life in your closet. Anyways I’m glad that you didn’t wash it because of shrinkage and other things that can happen in the washing and drying department sometimes.
