lillieolivia Complete and total satisfaction is ultimately what gives this selling platform the ability to grow. If in any way you feel that what you purchased is not what you received, do not accept. Open a case against me. To try to encompass everything about something not brand new in a couple of paragraphs is virtually impossible. Your only recourse is to open a case. Most shoppers on here don’t understand this. So integrity gets watered down and no one trusts anyone.
