I think using a clear description, good photos if a nice name brand make sure to show example(coach handbag inside tag or serial number) Don’t respond to anyone per email they are scammers it is happening very often. Going through Poshmark protects you so it is much safer even though it charge a percentage. Join groups like @collectorslane they pick out closets daily to feature. Hope that helps!😊

@jlflynt I just looked at it and reported it. If people read the information before signing up with Poshmark they know this. So many scammers anymore! Thank you for reaching out. What I do sometimes is just tell them I only respond through Poshmark. I hope you have a wonderful day!😊

@dshanno I have a dumb question! I saw all these “offers” with an expiration time on about 4 of my closet items. There was nowhere to accept or counter offer. Am I missing something ? I’m still new to this and I guess I don’t understand how all this works yet Sorry to bug you! Lauren

@jlflynt no Lauren that’s a great question. Typically you see this when you the seller hits price drop at the top of the screen.That is sent to any poshers who liked your item. Someone makes you an offer that goes through a bundle. You can make a bundle for buyers or they can make one. When a buyer makes an offer to you it will say accept, counter, decline. YOU WILL ENCOUNTER LOW BALLERS! BEWARE ✅. Hope that isn’t to confusing. 😊

@dshanno I did something really stupid. I switched mailing labels and sent the wrong items to the two buyers ! I am almost sick at my stomach. I’ve reached out to both buyers. And assured them I will fix it. How do I correct ?? Ugh.

I have reached out for answers however I still have not received. I wonder what happens if someone refuses package that way it could be returned to you. I can’t find it under Poshmark anywhere I will keep digging.😊

@dshanno yikes. I don’t know. I googled the issue and it says Poshmark will send mailing labels to each recipient to ship the packages to each other. I hope that is it. I’ve emailed Poshmark support to see if
They can help.

@southernposh64 Hi! I finally found the post it said to notify Poshmark like you did. Poshmark will provide labels to return the items back to you. I guess it processes like a refund then when you get them back you place the label on the packages and send. You might have to mark item on hold or Reserve to make sure someone else doesn’t purchase. So sorry this happened to you. Things will get better!💜

@southernposh64 Hi Lauren! Thanks for your purchase of the Vince sweater! I dropped it off at USPS today. I noticed that it hasn’t been scanned in which is strange. I had two other packages I dropped off at the same time and they are showing scanned on the app. Hopefully the system will update by tomorrow. In the meantime, here’s the tracking number.
