vandevee @vagabondareads hi Lauren, I am sorry you were not happy with your items. I am asthmatic myself, and the items have never come into contact with smoke. The smell of smoke is nauseating to me, and as someone with a respiratory condition myself, smoke would trigger my asthma. I assure you the items I sent you are clean and in perfect condition. No smoke ever came into contact with them. I am sorry you didn’t reach out sooner with your concerns.

vagabondareads @vandevee The first item, a skirt, I purchased perhaps ten days ago was fine. As you have breathing issues as I do, I assure you, I would not post this were it not the case. All three envelopes, when opened, gave off cigarette smoke. Whether it was the tissue paper that had been contaminated or the envelopes, or whomever packaged the clothing, all three packages and their contents came in contact with cigarette smoke. I know you sell quality products and I am sad for this to have happened. 💔

vandevee @vagabondareads I have no idea how this could have happened, other than during the delivery process. The packages went to the UPS store before shipping out to USPS. I don’t think they allow their drivers to smoke? But I don’t know. Again, when they were packaged up and left my home, they were fine. I have sold over 300 items on poshmark and never had anyone complain about my items before. So it is a first for me.

vagabondareads I owe you a HUGE apology. You were onto something—it’s cold up here and one of my neighbors asked if my mail seemed to smell of cigarette smoke! We have a new postal clerk who has been “hot boxing” all of our mail in the truck—we’re all getting items that reek. My deepest apologies. I am so very sorry. Your items are beautiful and I hope we can do business again. (I have corrected my rating and comments.) ❤️
