brandanop Hi Lauren, I bought the baby blue Adidas superstars from you last week. I was on vacation and away from home when I accepted the order. However, I just got home and found that you accidentally sent me two different size shoes. I ordered 9.5, but you sent me one 9.5 (left shoe) and one 8.5 (right shoe). Can you help me to replace the 8.5 with a 9.5?

laurencat1 @brandanop hello, I am at a loss here. The sneakers were brand new . I ordered them myself and sure they were both 9.5. Please send photos of both sneakers both the inside label and the bottoms. I will contact Poshmark and ask how to handle this. I certainly do not wish for you to be unhappy.

luxurylover1920 I checked my profile and mailing address on Poshmark and it shows the correct Pebble Beach address, so I don’t understand why the mailing label is printing the old address. Do we need to reach out to Poshmark?

luxurylover1920 I did notice that when I checked the order page for the Citron jacket that it still shows my old address, but does not allow me to edit it because it says it has already shipped. So, maybe when you try to print a new shipping label it defaults to that original shipping address, which I cannot update. If the blouse is being returned to you from the PO, maybe you can print a new shipping label once you receive it and it is no longer listed as shipped in the system. Sorry about all this hassle!

laurencat1 @luxurylover1920 please no need to apologize, life is hectic and things happen. Yes, I I think that’s a good idea if you could email Poshmark and ask how to update the address So I can print out the correct label. I sent them an email as well but haven’t heard back yet

luxurylover1920 The shipment status for the Citron jacket shows that on February 6th it was being returned to sender. Once you receive it back you will need to make a new shipping label (possibly hand written) with the following address: 3142 Bird Rock Road, Pebble Beach, CA 93953. Yes, I called the post office after I dropped it off and they were able to retrieve it before it left the building so I ran back and picked it up but the problem is they won’t allow me to change it by hand because it’s scans to your old address. Do you think they will forward it to you? I can leave the address you have and then maybe put on it forward to you at your new address. What do you think?

luxurylover1920 I moved over 7 months ago, but according to the Post Office, they are supposed to forward my first class mail, including packages, for up to 1 year. So, theoretically, the package should be forwarded. If you put on the label to forward it to me at my new address and I contact my old and new post offices to let them know about the package, hopefully it will get to me.

laurencat1 Good morning! So the package is now departing the Sacramento post office ! The only problem is - Poshmark does not seem to recognize the tracking with the new number. I sent them another email but customer service needs a lot of improvement.

luxurylover1920 After 2 days of calling, I finally got through to my old post office this afternoon and they said they received the package today and have already forwarded it to my new address. So, although the tracking number indicates there is no info yet, the package appears to be on its way (fingers crossed). I’ll let you know once it arrives, but I just want you to know how wonderful you have been over this whole fiasco. You have truly gone about and beyond for a client.
