Hi Lauren, I’m sorry if you thought that the LV shawl you bought from us was not authentic. The shawl is absolutely authentic and Louis Vuitton do a have a production of their monogram shawls in Belgium. It’s better to do your research before you make false claims. Your false and unfair claims can only hurt horses sellers.

@edesignershop Hi - I simply asked Poshmark to verify if the item was authentic. I did not make a false claim against you in any way. I actually did my research and there was little evidence that the production in Belgium was legitimate. I wanted to verify that before I accepted the purchase.

@ltv1122 You did not simply ask Poshmark, you reported a problem with your purchase which again hurts us as sellers. You can simply call a Louis Vuitton shop and ask them, or even better take your monogram shawl in for authentication. We do not sell fakes, and we do not appreciate the comments.

@edesignershop No - you are wrong. I emailed Poshmark directly as soon as I received the item. They told me they would look into it but I had to submit a "formal case". I had no idea I was doing anything to harm you as seller. I was following their direction.
If it is real, I am happy to keep it. If you don't want that, I am happy to return. Let me know what is best and you prefer. I am not looking to fight with you about this.

@ltv1122 We would prefer for you to have your LV monogram shawl authenticated and then you can decide whether to return it or keep it. You can also get it authenticated through a 3rd party authenticator like Authenticate First.

Please note that Poshmark will only allow customers a few days to return items after their case is approved, but please note that because of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we can extend that return window and this message can serve as the proof for that. Please do not exceed the 30 days for the return.

@ltv1122 I am glad that you were able to get it authenticated. Please note that some of the lurex shawls are made in Belgium. LV uses multiple production factories, some are located in Italy and some in Belgium. I hope you enjoy your new shawl for many years to come!
