jjcmom I honestly have no clue what is going on with the shipment of your bag. The tracking said it was at your lost office on Saturday only to find out today that somehow it’s made it’s way back to my town. I expect this kind of mix up during the holidays but not this time of year. I am so very sorry for the inconvenience and will hope and pray that this gets resolved ASAP . I’ll keep you posted 🤦🏽‍♀️
