juliefish1x1 I received the Soliel Tan/Chanel angle shadow brush on 6/23. My order for the Chanel Blush brush and dual ended shadow brush was accepted by you but no shipping info. I was contacted by POSH, they said it was not shipped yet a wk after ordered. They asked if I wanted to cancel. I never received your standard shipping reference. Ordered on JUNE 27. No pkgs delivered during that period either. So POSH has cancelled now and refunding, their records show that there was no shipping data registered.

makeupgirl2019 Ok so as you know, we shipped them all in one envelope. That’s why it’s saying you received the angle brush, because I shipped under that label not realizing with Posh if you order 3 separate orders, I have to mail them separately. I combined them as you’re well aware in the same envelope and you’re claiming you never got them. I will let Poshmark know what happened. I’m sorry my only mistake was combining them. You know I combined them because you received them.

juliefish1x1 POSHMARK notes there was never any shipping info/numbers. They automatically cancel any package that has not been shipped with full identifying data. They credited my ACCT. As far as the sample blushes, no I’m unable to get anymore of them. The only ones I have are the retail blushes in the hard case. So sorry. I wish I could have been more of a help. makeupgirl2019 @str1ngette yeah, it’s really strange. I always ship my things in the morning and by about 8pm that night I get tracking. I just submitted a report to Poshmark that all my orders are shipped but not tracking. You’re not the only one. I have about 12 others with no tracking as well. Let’s see what happens, maybe Poshmark just didn’t update. I’ll be in touch. It’s definitely mailed.

makeupgirl2019 @str1ngette I’ve never had to give someone a tracking number. Omg I can’t believe this is happening. Poshmark usually emails it. This is so upsetting, I contacted Poshmark. Let’s give it a few hours. I download a shipping label that they provide and I just put it on the package and send it. Unless I look at the label in my email, that may give it to me. I’m at work now though so please bare with me. I will look in a little while.

The good news though is that I’ll be getting them again. I just don’t know when but it shouldn’t be too long. I’ll let you know when I get them in. They’re age appropriate, they seem to have good lessons in them, and I think they’ll love them! So in answer to your question, I don’t think I can wait for Christmas to give them to them. I want them to get reading right away! lol 😂
