eisert Hello Lauren, thank you for your purchase. I have the Vera Wang PJ bottoms to go with the top and will send them along at no extra cost, if you are interested. they are a size XL & have a waist tie string. they are not hemmed, which is why I didn't list them to sell. would you like for me to include them with the top?

rlaken628 Hi - I purchased the velvet ruched Free People jacket on Jan 3- just wondering if it was mailed us priority at a post office? On my end the tracking shows it is still in Texas as of Jan 7 and hasn’t moved from there in 10 days. I am just outside Chicago boundaries, doesn’t seem like it would take so long to arrive in Illinois. Should I be concerned?

lfechhelm @rlaken628 (1/2) Hey! I have been following the tracking as well.. I don't get paid until you get the jacket! The post office marked it as received the day I mailed it but does show the shipment as delayed. It was sent 2 day priority, those are the only shipping labels Poshmark makes. I sell a lot and have had this happen before, usually the item gets back on track. In two instances over the past few years the item was lost in the mail BUT in those cases Poshmark takes the hit and

lfechhelm @rlaken628 (2/2) and refunds your payment as well as paying me for the sale. If you feel it has taken so long and seems to be going nowhere with the USPS tracking you just file a report with Poshmark. I was going to give it until Friday before messaging you but feel free to file a report at any time and Poshmark will look into it with the USPS and either find it or pay us both for the loss.
