laurensbrown6 @castlelouise Hey there! I have no clue what is going on with the shipping. 😅 I ordered 3 items off of Poshmark on the same day from different sellers. 1 was delivered to me, but the other two packages say “unable to deliver, returning to seller.” I have not moved and I’ve ordered off Poshmark many times and never had an issue. I’m not sure what’s going on! My address is correct. I’m not sure what to do. ☹️

castlelouise @laurensbrown6 Oh goodness what a headache for you to have to deal with. I’m not sure what to do either as I have to use the Poshmark label. You might want to reach out to the support center on Poshmark or my only other recommendation would maybe be to contact your local post office and let them know what’s going on and see if there’s an issue on their end. I will wait to hear from you before I cancel the order.

laurensbrown6 @castlelouise Gotcha! Does it cost you anything to try to send it out again with the same label? I am a travel nurse staying at a campground but I’ve been here a couple months. I just went to the campground office to pick up the Poshmark order that actually arrived. They said when the delivery person dropped it off they asked “does a Lauren Brown live here?” And they told them yes and apparently they said they would update things in their system. I think the usps person may have had things…..

laurensbrown6 Thrown off in their system because another woman owns the Airbnb I am staying in at the campground. Since I got my package today I wonder if it would work next time!

castlelouise @laurensbrown6 i’m going to the post office on Monday anyway so I am going to take the package with me and ask them if I can send it with the same label. I think I’m going to ask them if I can write a note on the package saying something like please just leave package and that you live there or maybe they’ll have an idea of what I should do but I guess it wouldn’t hurt to try to ship it out again with the same label. I will let you know on Monday what they say.

laurensbrown6 @castlelouise sounds great thank you! Maybe if they will let you write a note like “please deliver to campground office for unit 527” it would help. But I’m thinking now at least USPS should know I live here since I successfully received 1 of my Poshmark packages today. Just keep me posted, I appreciate it! They bodysuit is so cute so I was bummed lol!

laurensbrown6 There are tons of locals who live at this campground and the mailroom constantly gets usps deliveries so I’m surprised it was an issue. I think it may have been the person delivering that day, because both of the packages I had issues with were out for delivery that same day

castlelouise @laurensbrown6 I just re-shipped your item. I printed off the label again and they allowed me to write on the label in red sharpie that you do actually live there and to please just leave the package. I hope it gets to you this time.

castlelouise @laurensbrown6 no I can’t see the new tracking information either. Maybe because I just re-printed off the label. I don’t know maybe you will get it tomorrow but hopefully it doesn’t get delivered back to my house! I guess we can keep each other posted😊

laurensbrown6 @rachaelvenegas1 Hey there! That is my address! I think I know what happened… I am a travel nurse living at a campground. I am renting a tiny home at the campground from another person. So, I think when usps tried to deliver to the campground office they were confused because they are not used to seeing my name as the person living in that house. So, they sent my package back! I let the campground office workers know what happened and they notified the usps people of the issue. Since then…

laurensbrown6 I have been able to receive my usps packages. If you want to try sending again, I think we should be fine! But if it’s too much of a hassle I understand if you want to cancel the order. I’ve never had that issue before but it should be worked out. So sorry!
