I actually wear a very thin Patangonia down puffer under this one other than a bulky sweater.

@granisha57 Ok thanks. I am at work not but will take a closer look at the measurements when I'm home tonight. Can you tell me how the zipper hood works when zipped up to cover your chin/cheeks etc? Is it tight?

Here are the measurements:
* Pit to pit 20 inches
* Sleeves 25
* Waist 17
* Hip 22
* Length 33
The only reason I bought this puffer was the zipper which goes up to the eyes if I want to. It's not tight around the face and nose at all.
Another thing is I can put on a beanie hat under the hood.
It's packable, not bulky heavy one.
