cynthiaaskins3 Hi I see you finally received your booties that you ordered quite a while ago. Or at least you just now rated. I have a 100% 5 Star Rating Average and wondered if you gave the boots a 1 Star because they got lost? The boots are new so it couldn't be you were unhappy with boots. If it was the time frame in which you received, I shipped within 2 days. I apologize if the box was damaged or lost, but once I ship out that's completely out of my hands. Thank you so much. Cynthia
