jonebb Lauren, I price my items very fairly. I give myself some room to lower the price when someone gives an offer. However, once I make a counter, that is as low as I can go. The pin is gorgeous. I cannot lower my price anymore since 20% must go to Poshmark.

mimmol Got the Joan and David boots. Did you notice that one is 39 and the other is 38 1/2? I just noticed and the window to complain to Poshmark is closed. Could I please send them back?

laurengschmidt @mimmol I did not notice that one was a different size. I am so sorry. Can you share a photo of the bottom of both boots that shows that they are different sizes? I am not sure what the options are once a buyer has accepted their purchase but I will ask Poshmark. Have you reached out to them? Again, I’m very sorry.

mimmol @laurengschmidt so the buyer has 72h to review the item. I inspected them and tried one on but when I put both on I realized they are different sizes. I will try to reach out to them. Not sure how to send you pictures.

laurengschmidt @mimmol I think you can send photos when you open a case with Poshmark. Not sure if they are flexible with their return policy but I would be open to a return and refund upon photos that show the two different sizes on the boots which is what I would think Poshmark would want to see.

mimmol @laurengschmidt I can’t do the return thru Poshmark. I’ve sent them messages but they kinda wash their hands once the money has gone from buyer to seller. But I’m happy to send them back and you can see that they are not worn cause they are two different sizes.
