lauren_kham @drbogos just changed your rating, I always put hats in boxes, it’s pretty common to see packages stacked and scrunched together during shipping so they end up squashed. Don’t worry about a refund, the hat didn’t fit my head right anyway so I’ll try to resell and get most of the money back. Posh fee and shipping will lose a few dollars but that’s alright!
