laurelisays @ciou aw, hi! Thanks for checking in. Poshmark was not much help... They said that because it looks like two items have shipped, I should just wait until I receive the cups and then open up a formal case. The cups are currently delayed in Richmond (from all the flooding out here in BC), so I will follow up with them again once they do. I am sure it will all get sorted out. Appreciate your checking in -- that's so kind of you!
