brou94 The only reason I’m not answering our conversation is because Poshmark doesn’t let me. You are INCREDIBLY insulting. I have sent an email letting them know I could do exactly that and ask my leasing office for videotape if they have any camera facing the lockers. Not only are your assumptions wrong but the harassment with it is actually concerning. I have no idea why you would treat me with such disrespect after being thoughtful of you and complying with everything I was asked for.

brou94 Please do whatever you think you need to do, I’m more than happy to keep on complying with both you and Poshmark but you leave me out of it and let Poshmark deal with it. Thank you.

philipshevlin @brou94 you were suggesting I claim the insurance on the package prior to Poshmark even making a decision. You asked for my personal information to send me a video of you opening the box, which does not meet poshmark’s terms and conditions. I asked you to send the one shoe back and you are saying that neither of us will benefit from that.

philipshevlin Everything about this is extremely shady. Saying you only received one item is a common scam. The weight on the receipt shows I shipped both shoes. If the box was tampered with while on your property, that’s not my responsibility and you should take that up with your leasing office. You didn’t take photos of the “damaged” box prior to cutting it open with scissors.

philipshevlin You say you only received one shoe, then said it wouldn’t make sense for someone to take one shoe, then say you believe I shipped both shoes — all of that is contradicting, so which is it?

philipshevlin Oh AND not to mention you say you have video evidence but Poshmark will only let you upload photos? Poshmark DOES allow you to post videos of you opening packages so by all means, please share!

brou94 @philipshevlin 1. I have told you I will send you back the shoe no problem. 2. I have told you I do believe you when you said you packed both shoes as the package is damaged and with one shoe. I never accused you of anything.

brou94 @philipshevlin 3. Has it never occurred to you that the extent of the damage on the package could have let out one shoe out during transport ? Especially because the shoe found alone had nothing else to protect it so either the paper and protection left with the shoe or you decide to half ass your packaging. That was clear to me

brou94 @philipshevlin 4. I am fairly new to Poshmark, this has never happened prior to this event. I have tried to add pictures and they don’t let me. When I tried to add the video to our convo it wasn’t an option, I asked personal info because I thought that was the only way to send it to you. I will try to send it to Poshmark through they inquiry portal.
