sofia2006 Lauren I am so sorry I never saw the hooks missing on the straps I never even tried the suit on I opened the package and I knew it was too small. I would never intentionally miss inform you. If you like anything else in my closet I will give you a good deal. I'm so very sorry that happened.

gwen1968 I received the pocket watch and it’s not working it said it works great does it not have a battery or need a new one ?

laurgon @gwen1968 @gwen1968The watch was ticking before i had placed it in the package. I had the watch for quite sometime so maybe with the shipping Nd the changing in temps the battery wore itself out. Those batteries are super cheap. I would recommend going to walmart or any pharmacy to pick up a new one. If for some reason it would not work you may send it back and i would credit you for shipping and your payment. My apologizes for the inconvenience but im sure a new battery will do the trick!
