wardrobe_redoux Hi Lauren, I’m so sorry!! The zipper didn’t do that on the mannequin when I photographed it so I didn’t realize there was a problem with it. I told Poshmark I’m happy to refund you and accept your return - I’m just waiting to hear how to do that. Again, my apologies for the disappointment and we’ll get this resolved shortly!! -Kelly
