Hi! I'm Laurie. I'm an artist and a ballroom dancer. I regularly attend social ballroom dances and ballroom-related events. For that reason, I wear a LOT of cocktail dresses on a regular basis. I've actually become a Dress-aholic, as a result. My goal is to be a go-to Poshmark Closet for pretty, figure flattering clothes for women of all shapes and sizes with a focus on vintage/no longer made brands like Cache, Scott McClintock and Jessica McClintock to name a few. I have a good understanding of how the vintage sizing fits, especially for those of us who are curvy girls, compared to clothes with a modern sizing and fit. As a Poshmark seller, I will make sure that my listings contain ALL of the vital measurements. It's important to know the measurements from armpit to armpit, the waist, the hips, the shoulder to hem measurement. I also give details about the dress including: whether it's lined, the type of neckline and closure, if it has stretch, if it has any flaws, etc... I've been burned a few times because flaws weren't disclosed or because measurements weren't disclosed by the seller. I will do my best to make my listings as accurate as possible.
