eotoole48 Hi Lori, I am the woman that bought the red jacket from you. I just wanted to mention that for some reason I did not get the dollar 99 shipping. They charged me 499 shipping. Do you have any idea how I would tackle that with Poshmark?

therarebird @eotoole48 no, I didn't realize that they ever offer .99 shipping. The discounted shipping is typically 4.99. They handle all of the shipping charges. I've had decent luck emailing them. If you go to your account tab and go to Posh support (?) There is a way to send an email. I'm sorry for the trouble on this. Let me know if you continue having trouble!
