toniverhey Hey there! Have a question for you (see I'm hitting u up already! Lol). If I see that someone put items in a bundle, but it hasn't come across as an offer or a purchase, is there something I should be doing? Or do I just wait because the buyer might just be thinking about it? Thanks!

momlaurie @toniverhey you could always ask if they have any questions or I usually just wait to see if they buy or ask questions, it's totally up to you, there's no right or wrong way. Some people will create a bundle and you never hear anything, it could be their way of keeping track of items they like, idk, lol

cristina818 Hi hun, I'm sorry for the delay in my part. I wasn't able to try on any of the shoes last night because it was so late by the time I got home and I've been at work all day. Unfortunately, I don't have good news! 😢 Two of the four pair of shoes were listed as size 7's and they're actually size 6 1/2's, so they don't come close to fitting. I'm so sorry!

cristina818 I hate that I'm going to have to return them. I found the size on the black and gray ones (my fave), but I couldn't find the size anywhere on the brown ones with bows, but they definitely fit as tight as the black and gray ones. Again, I'm sorry they aren't going to work for me.

momlaurie @cristina818 the brown suede ones with the bow on the back has the size on the inside of the shoe as well as the bottom - it's a european size and the conversion chart says it's a 7. the franco sarto should also have the size on the bottom of the shoe. I didn't have any of these listed as 6 1/2, two were size 7 and 2 were size 7 1/2. I'm so sorry this is happening...

cristina818 I don't know what to do except to contact PM for a return. I really hate for you to lose money on this transaction!!!! That bothers me soooo much!!! I just don't want to have the burden of trying to resell them though! 😢. As I told you before, I already have so many other shoes and clothes I have to resell. I am willing to work with you and help in any way I can though. I'd split shipping charges with you because I just feel so bad!!!

I have written three times to Posh Support about a continuing issue, and I continue to recieve a "stock" answer from the assistant,that does provide a solution that works.
