Hello! I am so sorry that your eyeshadow palette has a broken eyeshadow pan. Unfortunately that had happened during the shipping process as you had received the same eyeshadow palette just weeks prior that was in perfect condition. I wish you would have reached out to me in a bundle or my about me to post to handle this for you instead of giving me a 1 star rating. I hope you still keep me in mind for the future.
