lreiten @bicycle_belle I really have no idea who you are referring to since you gave few details. The last sweatshirt I sold the buyer gave me 5 stars after receiving it. Hope that helps!

bicycle_belle I didn’t want to use her name if possible but she was arguing with you about a vandy sweatshirt being a men’s versus women’s medium. I can tell you are an experienced posher and was looking for some insight. If you don’t remember it must not have been too bad. 🌸 thank you for responding to me.

lreiten @bicycle_belle As soon as you mentioned the specific sweatshirt I remembered. Yes, this was a challenging exchange, but the customer is always right. I believe I offered to have her return it and she declined. The many wonderful POSH buyers make selling worth it every day!
