frookies Hi there, it was. The postman told me what the problem was. You shipped the package Priority Mail Express instead of Priority Mail. There was $18.87 due. This was due to the Express shipping. The post office waived it and delivered it. He wanted me to tell you to ship Priority Mail only in the future.
