I am sorry you were not completely pleased with MP11037 Olay Gift Set. Shipping: Ordered on 3/21/20 delivered on 3/23/20 not sure if you can get it faster then that and delivery time is within Poshmark guidelines. Responsiveness: I responded within 24 hours to all communications. Packaging: I agree I could have repackaged better. I removed the items from its original box because it was bent up. Cleanliness: Not sure what you mean it’s bottles and a pair of socks.
