@lorsadie You don’t know how awful I feel about the dress. I honestly had no idea there was hole. I was on vacation and didn’t look at my phone for a few days so I was late receiving your message. I have asked Poshmark to void the sale and give you the shipping label to send it back - at your convenience. It makes me sick - it’s such a beautiful gown and I was hoping someone else would enjoy wearing it. So very sorry.

I hope you don't think I'm upset because of not receiving an immediate response because that's not the case. Long story short I contacted you first then notified customer care. They told me I had to file a case. I filed a case and never heard from them. So I notified customer care who stated I had to file a case on their website - which I had done but since I hadn't heard from them I refilled another case.

The hole is hard to see if you just scan the dressing a hanger. But it needs you put it on and look down it's very visible - it's right above the stomach area. I tried to send all the pics I had but Poshmark would only let me send 2. I

I think this last time I was able to attach a few more pics. Btw The hole is in the netting. And I don't think there's any way to repair it. It looks like it rubbed or snagged on something...like the edge if a table because that's where it would hit me I more than happy to send additional pictures for your review.

Okay ~ Postmark - okayed a return?!? How about this ~ you have put so much time and effort into repairing this dress, which was never my intention. Please just keep it and wear it and enjoy it as much as I did.

@nicoleyfoley just so you know I didn't request a return/refund. That was all initiated by Poshmark. In fact they said if I didn't return it I would be charged in full. I'm not sure how to attach from here copies of the the emails they sent me

@nicoleyfoley one of the messages did say that they were not able to do any price adjustments on their end. The only way that could be accomplished was to send the item back to you. Poshmark would then credit my account for the original purchase price.
Then you would have you relist it at the lower price and then I would need to purchase it at that reduced price.

@nicoleyfoley my understanding is that if I didn't return it they would automatically issue the payment to you at the original purchase price. I mailed it back to you today using the Poshmark return label they sent me. It's a 2 day shipping label.

@lorsadie I sorry my comments are delayed - I’ve been dealing with an injured dog. I received the dress today. If you are interested - I will send it back to you, no charge. I truly feel so awful about the headache this whole situation caused you. If you loved the dress as much as I did - that’s worth it to me. Let me know. I can pop it back in the mail very easily.
