lisajkane @lauriedewar Hello, I apologize for the hassle with the Coach shoes. If you look at the original photos, you CAN see some of that peeling which is why I only wrote "good" and not "excellent" condition. However, I think what happened is that the shoes were stored in a place that was not temperature controlled and over the summer, they were subject to heat and that made the cracks worse. As we were so busy getting ready for Thanksgiving, I didn't really examine them or think much more about it

lauriedewar @lisajkane I think they got further beat up in transit. When they arrived, there were chunks of the lining in the box and in the shoes. I do appreciate your promptness...I got them on Wednesday!! I will send them back to you today. Such a bummer. I really was looking forward to wearing them.
