justinliam Hi Laurie I received the two ugg boots and I notice that neither of the have the 3D foil tag on the left boot and all ugg has that seal to authenticate it... can you sh d some light in that

lauriealexa Hi I do take stickers off of The Souls of the boots and some of my boots have them on the left Soul underneath they didn't always sew them into the left boot check underneath to make sure that the sticker is still not there. I am also trying to locate my receipt as I usually hold on to them even if it's for a while. I can assure you they are authentic anything that I sell is real

lauriealexa @justinliam hi, so far I have only located a reciept for my black classics, same place I purchased yours....I took a pic of it just so you see I only buy authentic. If you want to give me me an email, I will send you the one to the black boots. I will continue to search for your reciept. I believe they had the sticker on the sole of the boot and I took it off. If you are uncomfortable with your purchase, kindly return them unworn. Also, please check my rating is 5 star so far.

brisss1315 @justinliam you have to open a case as ‘not authentic’ and summit photos showing it is not what you expected and in detail explain why. I was going to buy a pair but they look very fake from my past experience! Posh will send you a free shipping label for your return and it’ll be added back to your payment method within 1-3 days.

brisss1315 @lauriealexa no girl. Like that’s how you deal with items you’d like to return. You go to ‘my purchases’ orders ‘then under where it says accept you click the ‘problem’ then you choose whichever option it be. That’s the only way you can return items through Posh. Idl if you’ve never used it before but you have to go about it that way or they won’t help you.

your_fashions I bought the Ugg Fairfax boots from you a while back. I do want for you to please buy them back. the reason I would like for you to buy them back is that it was not that you purchased unauthentic ones yourself without knowing as I thought. You are continuing to sell unauthentic ones even though you know they are not. That is wrong.

The sole is not of any type that Ugg uses their soles have flex these do not. 3) The box on the label does not contain the word "Ugg" it just has "fairfax" 4) authentic Ugg boxes have the picture of the boot, this does not.

your_fashions @lauriealexa I did that because I thought someone may have sold you fake ones so I thought I would be nice and eat the cost for you. I had no idea that another customer was sold a fake pair by you after that. You also said if I changed my mind to let you know. I am not going to fight with you. You don't want to buy them back now? It's up to you to do the right thing. I can't force you to do so.

lauriealexa @hayangle2 the other pair that was sold was verified by me when I bought them back and they are real, but nothing is ever said on the website about that because it wouldn't have mattered after that. I have a multitude of other things that I have sold that have been fine without any issues, some have even been sent to Poshmark for verification and all of them have been approved. Please know that I would never embarrass myself on this website by intentionally trying to sell fake Goods.

I thought I was helping you because I thought someone tried to get over on you with these boots. I do see that you have authentic and some not authentic that you have been selling. You are seriously not going to buy these back after you said you would?

your_fashions I would not have wanted to return them if I didn't notice that you are continuing to sell fake ones. I thought someone took advantage of you so I was trying to be nice! On Oct 19 you said if I change my mind you would buy them back. 1) They do not have the hologram 2.) The sole is not of any type that Ugg uses. Their soles have flex these do not, they are made of a hard plastic material.
