nellyc_10029 Hello again. I have contacted my local post office again regarding the Nike (BRS) sneakers you purchased from me 11/29. It was delivered to 5073 Central avenue on 12/2/19 by route 11. Please contact them at 619/475-0241 for confirmation. I've been contacting Poshmark regarding this matter. Please respond to my correspondence and let me know your findings asap. Thx.

lsoignier @nellyc_10029 I am so sorry. This is my second purchase with Poshmark. I did not see the notification section. I have not received the sneakers. I will check the tracking to see where they are. They should have just been delivered to my home so not sure why they ended up at the post office. Let me check.

lsoignier I looked up the tracking number you provided. I am not sure why the package went to California. My address that shows on my order on poshmark is 1536 campden drive, Baton Rouge, LA. So, I am not sure what to do at this point.

nellyc_10029 @lsoignier good morning! I'm so apologize for this confusion. I simply printed label Poshmark provided. I'm not sure why they would have that address for you. I've been corresponding with them; maybe you should email them as well, as they don't have a contact phone number. I'm not sure what to do. I'm so sorry for this mix up. nellyc_10029 @lsoignier hi, it looks like the Poshmark label I received to print had the wrong recipient on there. It's the same tracking and sales processing # affiliated with the sale, but the address on the label with your name was 3942 Country Trails, Bonita .CA 91902. I'm informing Poshmark of the error. Just want to keep you updated.

lsoignier @nellyc_10029 Poshmark sent the following email.—Thanks for reaching out to us! It sounds like the seller might have used a shipping label from an older order to ship this sale. According to tracking, the package was delivered to Bonita, CA. We would suggest that the seller follow up with the user from their sale for the Puma black suede sneaker. Please have the seller reach out to us directly.—Please let me know if this is accurate and what next steps you would like to take.

nellyc_10029 @lsoignier hi, at this point I'm very disappointed in Poshmark. I printed the label they sent. No way I inadvertently sent wrong one when I haven't even had a sale in Bonita, CA. All they respond back is they'll get back to me in 24 hrs, since beginning of December. I sent all the info requested and nothing. I'm sorry you didn't get your package. Have a good day.😔

nellyc_10029 @lsoignier continued.....Poshmark needs to reach out to the person who received the sneakers. Poshmark obviously has the persons info in their database in order to print the label. It's beyond me they can say I used an older label. All my sales have been delivered to correct recipient and once you print the label once, that's it. Poshmark simply refuses to address this error on their part. I wish they had a phone number to call.

nellyc_10029 @lsoignier hi, I've sent Poshmark even the info from the post office, who I spoke with and where the package went. The thing is, I wouldn't have the address it went to unless Poshmark sent that specific label. I haven't sold any item to that address; therefore, I would not have a label made out to them. I just don't understand.

nellyc_10029 @lsoignier I wish Poshmark would go back to their database and locate the info for that day. The thing is, even when I had already sent it out on 11/30, Poshmark reminded me to mail it out. Even then I provided the tracking info. I don't know what else they want from me. I used their label, for that specific sale and that's what I sent out.

The item went to @juliewallace73, in Bonita, .CA. She'd ordered back in Sept, (and cancelled) and I must have printed her label because it read "sneakers". I emailed her but no response. Perhaps/hopefully she'll respond to them. At this point I'll accept my losses and regret you're not receiving the purchase. I do apologize. Thks for your understanding.

I realize it's my fault, and have so much more to be thankful for. My conscious is clear and I'm okay with letting this go. I feel really bad you didn't receive purchase and I apologize once again.
