lkiviato317 @tsmith121 Unfortunately the box was extremely damaged and a note was put on the box from the post office that it was damaged. The end of the box was town open and only the thank you note was in there. I have notified Poshmark but nothing has been resolved.😢

I have contacted Poshmark 4 times with pictures of the box and the stamp form the post office of the damaged package and they keep asking for photos or how to fill out a request to return the item. I keep telling them there is nothing to return.

susanjacobs465 Hi 👋 Laurie! This is Susan. Well Poshmark sent me reminder to ship your shoes today. I shipped them on Friday but yesterday noticed they were not tracking. I looked on my sales and I just realized that I think I screwed up! I used shipping label l had already ran off instead of getting a new one. I notified Poshmark yesterday but have not heard anything from them. I would think you will still get it but since order canceled it is not tracking. I will let ya know when I hear from them.
